This 12h course is organized in three modules. Module 1, Opportunity Landscape - Innovation opportunities, is about exploring the opportunity space and learning about some tools that may help us in this process. Module 2, on Strategy & Operations, you will explore the construction of the business model, a key tool for the entrepreneur to define hypotheses and to test/validate them. The third model, Business Deployment, covers technology adoption and introduces additional support tools to support the planning stage of a new venture.
